Ann Jones welcomes you to Piggery Cottage at Sloley Farm, a converted,
period farm building. The cottage has its own enclosed garden and
provides an excellent base to explore Broadland's countryside and
numerous attractions. Pubs, river boat trips, sailing, cycling,
windsurfing and canoe hire are all available locally, and Wroxham,
the Broads 'Capital' is only 4 miles away.

Cottage has 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 adults plus cot. The bedroom has
a 6 feet 'zip and link' bed so it can be used as a twin or a double
bed (request when booking). There is an open plan Kitchen / Sitting
/ Dining room with the electric fire, and patio door which leads
to an enclosed garden. There is also a shower room / WC.

for you at the cottages. A small (5) touring caravan site is close by.
There is a shared Laundry Room (coin operated) with auto/washer (combined).
Please
note smoking is not allowed anywhere indoors.
How to
find us from Norwich
Sloley Farm Cottages is 12 miles north of Norwich off the B1150 - Norwich
to North Walsham Road. Follow it to Coltishall, then to Scottow where
you will see on the right a pub called the Three Horse Shoes. Turn right
after the pub, opposite the rugby field to Sloley, follow the road until
you come to the railway crossing over the crossing then turn left, Sloley
Farm stands on the right. Worstead
railway station is just 2 miles away and Norwich Airport is 10 miles.
Chalet no 117
The Chalet has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed,
and one with twin beds. No 117 has a shower over the bath and WC.
Sitting Room/Kitchenette
Well equipped kitchen which includes Microwave.
Sitting room: Large window, colour TV, DVD and Video, heater and
bed-settee.

No 117 a slightly larger detatched chalet on almost level ground and parking nearby.

of tenancy is from 1.00pm on Saturday until 10.00am the following
Saturday.

to get there: |

From Norwich, take the A140 to Northrepps,
turn to the left onto the A149 to Cromer. At Cromer,
turn right and follow the hospital signs and the
yellow mark on the brochure map.

Nearby
you will find a play and recreation area, cliff-top walks, sandy beaches
and Happy Valley leading to Cromer Lighthouse. Cromer is famous for its
pier and unique end of pier show. The town is proud of the beautiful church,
boasting the highest tower in Norfolk. Freshly caught and prepared crab
is the local delicacy.
The Suffield
Park area of Cromer has local shops including Post Office, Butcher,
Baker, Newsagent and Convenience store. All are contained within 0.6
miles of the chalet. Also within Suffield Park is a Fish and Chip Shop
and Chinese take-away.
Cromer
Beach Railway Station is 1.3 miles from King's Chalet Park and is situated
on the opposite side of the town. The Bus Station and Tourist Information
Office at the far end of the town is 1.1 miles.
The Golf
Club is nearby, it may be possible to obtain a holiday membership.
North
Norfolk stretching for 43 miles, with three quarters of the coastline
designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the area is ideal for
cycling, walking, bird watching or just simply relaxing. Take coastal
routes and you will find nature and bird reserves, fishing villages,
Market towns, harbours and quays.
The picturesque
Norfolk Broads are less than an hour journey away and pleasure cruisers
are available for hire.
Visit
many fine historic houses and grounds - serveral are owned by The National
Trust.
The City
of Norwich is famous for it's Castle incorporating a Museum, Cathedral,
The Forum Millennium Library and large shopping centre.
